For the higher difficulties have you also made the qualy times harder aswell. i thought the times on expert were reasonable enough. i thought just the in race speed of the Ai need improving.
anyway thanks for keeping us updated...

If you dont  mind me asking What is your role with FC?

cheers bro

Hi,

Qualifying times have been sorted out. If anything the easier difficulties are now correct.

I was in the Production department on FC.

All I care about changing for single player is "the over aggressive nature of the AI", god they piss me off sometimes  Angry

I have broken many things in my game room because of this.

I finally got the game and I agree with the AI being over aggressive sometimes. Like when they push you off the track. I also notice a lot of slow down, mostly during braking in the game. Hope this is fixed in the patch.

"Improved the penalty zone on first corner in Monza"

Lol, just taking advantage of the penalty zone Wink

Hi,

Just to clairfy, the area hasn't been changed, just the severity of the penalty.

Just picked up this game last week and been thoroughly enjoying it. Fantastic title and perhaps one of the best racing sims I've played  Cool

The AI is pretty aggressive though - can be frustrating sometimes! So I was glad to read about patch V2 and the addressing of these issues.

Also great to hear there is Trophy support - FerrariPro, can you tell us if they will be retroactive?

Love the game, great work with the support too!

Thanks all - great forum by the way.

Hey TiffosiDan,

Thanks for the welcome!

Sorry must have missed your question, but thanks for the detail. I'm not that far into the game, mainly been doing Arcade (completed Beginner and Intermediate) and Quick Races to learn the cars and tracks. Only just started on a Euro Challenge yesterday. So either way I'm not going back over the same territory much.. but I'll probably leave the Challenge now until the patch arrives.

Cheers.

Hi,

If you could download Patch V1 then you will be able to download Patch V2.

I have three questions:

1 - In the sentence: "Private lobbies can now be created with half or all slots being reserved"

What do you mean by "reserved slots"?

2 - About the racing line feature you wrote this:

"Added a basic racing line to show the racing line only and not braking zones"

and about driving assists in online races, you wrote this:
"Host can now specify the maximum driving assist levels
"

Sometime ago I suggested that the racing line option could be set by user, not by host (as it happens in GT5P), from what I read it seems it won't happen, but I'd like you to confirm this, please

3 - You mention grids and grid orders in online racing. Does this mean we'll have standing starts (from the grid), or just the ability to set the cars order in rolling starts?

Ferraripro

Hi,

1. If you host a game, you can reserve places for people you wish to invite in to the game. You can reserve either all or half of the available places.

2. The User can now set their assits including the racing line from the Lobby. However the maximum settings can be controlled by the host for example, the host may decide that they want to play a game with ABS no higher than 3 for all players. You will be able to adjust your ABS but only between Off and 3.

3. There a no standing starts but the host can specify the grid order.

What does a penalty actually do other than slow you down?
