Time Trials Leaderboard

Just bought the game and hit mugello, one of the tracks I know from all the other racers I play. Ran a very respectable time, and I check out the leaderboards and im not listed ? its showing it as an offline time.

If you race time trial how does your time show up on the leaderboards ? my ps3 is live, found an online match trying to figure it out. any ideas ? i dont want to hotlap/time attack and not have the results show up on the leaderboard.

ps. awesome game, a real shame the engine and exhaust sounds are not realistic, lame fake computer generated rubbish.
